Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Reporting to: Finance Manager

The Candidate:

You should have minimum 1-year experience of working in a Finance Team with transactional experience
covering all aspects of Purchase Ledger and sales ledger, cash book and expenses. This is a relatively standalone
role which will suit a candidate used to working autonomously with a high degree of accuracy and who has the
ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

The Role:

In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for all aspects of processing and posting of purchase / sales
ledger invoices to Sage 50 and 200 as well as coding of invoices to the general ledger.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will work closely with the whole Finance Team and the main duties and responsibilities of the
role will be but not limited to:

  • Daily processing of purchase invoices, matching to Purchase Orders and coding to ledgers UK / US /
    APAC
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and ensuring accounts are reconciled each month
  • Preparation of weekly payment run ensuring payment deadline is met
  • Dealing with all supplier queries
  • Gaining knowledge of the purchasing process and ensuring that purchase order and expense
    guidelines are adhered to
  • Investigation of any unallocated direct debit payments / duplicate entries etc and ensure they are
    resolved
  • Raise Sales Invoices in a timely and accurate manner UK / US / APAC
  • Weekly credit control and maintain debtor balances within company policy
  • Any ad hoc duties as required from the Finance Manager

Skills, Capabilities and Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50 & 200 accounts (would be an advantage but not compulsory as
    training will be provided)

As a Technical Author you will join a team of friendly, highly qualified professionals and contribute towards the ongoing success of the company.

A highly successful 3D medical imaging company based in North West London providing patient positioning and monitoring solutions for radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is used to treat a wide range of cancer patients. During treatment, the patient must be positioned accurately and any movement must be monitored to ensure that the planned dose is correctly targeted to the tumour. You will have come from a technical background preferably as a Test Engineer or Software/Web Developer or Engineer and you will be highly motivated and thorough. This job will be based in our North London office which houses the company’s software, support and administration teams. You will also be required to liaise closely with the Operations team located near Basingstoke. You will work to project timelines to deliver documents that are clear, consistent, concise and, above all, accurate in their technical detail. In doing this you will work closely with the Training team, R&D, Developers, Operations, Test Team and QA team members who will be the key sources of subject matter expertise; you will bring standards, quality and fundamental communication to the business. In addition to traditional user documents, you will asked to assist with Quality documents, procedures, specifications, training materials, written announcements, diagram processes, and help identify documentation gaps that can be filled.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse the information needs of the users, including internal staff (technical, sales and marketing), distributors, and end users
  • Understand the business systems and applications for which documentation is to be prepared
  • Question colleagues and external experts to clarify technical issues
  • Review and update technical working instructions, standard operating procedures and associated forms, and specifications
  • Write, edit and present information in clear English and in an organised structure
  • Address comments and solicit opinions, as well as collating and incorporating feedback from a spectrum of individuals with differing technical knowledge to arrive at a single approved document
  • Work with translators, printers and service providers
  • Commission or prepare illustrations to aid comprehension of complex technical details
  • Copy-edit the work of colleagues including proofing test reports, technical specifications, test scripts etc
  • Create work schedules and as well as workflows for document approvals
  • Work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide estimates and timelines to Programme Management

Expectations

  • A proven background of working as a Technical Author for mixed software / hardware products
  • The ability to plan, track, report and manage single document projects within tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and alone
  • Competence in writing technical reference material for use by technical staff, distributors and customers, as well as an ability to adjust content for differing audiences (eg End-Users versus Technical staff)
  • Ability to document product and customer training programmes in conjunction with the Training Manager
  • Exceptional command of the English language

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in scientific, engineering or related discipline or relevant experience
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Visio) and working knowledge of publishing packages (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Adobe PageMaker, etc.)

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate any of the following:

  • Good graphic design skills
  • Previous experience documenting medical or scientific products
  • Experience of developing audio-visual based training materials
  • Working within quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
  • Experience with working in similar regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, nuclear, etc

Title: Clinical Physicist

Director of Clinical Physics Product Delivery
US (Home Based)

Vision RT is seeking a driven medical physicist to provide key scientific and technical support across the business as it pertains to Surface Guided Radiation Therapy. In this role, the Clinical Physicist will work with the Director of Clinical Physics to provide support to Vision RT in multiple ways, including;

  • Work closely with Clinical Applications and Service to provide expert support and assistance to Vision RT customers.
  • Liaise with Research & Development to provide product feedback and recommendations for future product improvements and research initiatives from a physics perspective.
  • Provide expert physics support for external research collaborations with key customer sites and provide input to the SGRT community.
  • Develop and lead training classes for Vision RT physicist customers.

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Clinical Project Support Specialist to drive clinical input into the product development phases including provision of product feedback and recommendations for future improvements. This role will also be responsible for clinical and training deliverables as part of product development and project releases, roll out of any new product releases to the broader clinical applications team, and developing technical publications and training for Clinical Applications Specialists and customers alike. Some customer training support will be required to keep product knowledge and customer needs knowledge as up to date as possible.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide clinical guidance to Product Delivery teams throughout product development life cycle
  • Testing design and coordination
  • Input on required / suggested improvements on new and current products based on feedback from Clinical Applications and customers

Role Overview:

Working closely with the Product Owners, the UX Designer will play a leading role in the design of the software user interface for the Vision RT product-line with a view to minimizing errors in product use due to human factors, ensuring efficient use and learnability of the products and avoiding human factor related issues that could influence patient safety. Equally important will be to ensure that end- users love using our products.

We are working on a number of high profile green-field projects and within reason and bounds of user expectation, have carte-blanche on the design. We are a small team and the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running in various design related roles including conceptual design, design and testing of information architecture and visual design, as well as creation of design assets for use by the development team.

The Role:

  • Support Product Owners and Product Managers in ideation and conceptual wireframing
  • Lead the design of software user interface information architecture
  • Lead the visual design of the software User Interface
  • Create and own a product style guide in both dynamic form and period snapshots
  • Support the development team with creation of assets that can be used in the software development
  • Prepare mockups and variants for user testing and from time to time, participate in carrying out user tests with internal and external clinicians.

The Candidate:

Essential skills and experience:

  • Expertise with Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Cloud products such as InDesign and Photoshop
  • A demonstrable portfolio
  • Experience with standalone desktop application design as well as mobile app design
  • Ability to critique existing designs and participate in ideation for improvements in a constructive and positive way
  • Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design (or related discipline) or 4 years professional experience working in a blend of roles as a Conceptual Designer and Visual Designer
  • An ability to communicate design ideas and rational to technical, managerial and clinical staff.Additionally:
