AlignRT includes a range of modules which provide additional functionality to the platform product. 

 DICOM RT import
This allows contours, extracted from CT data and stored in DICOM RT format, to be imported to AlignRT to be used as a reference for patient setup.

 Varian 4DITC interface
This modules provides connectivity between the Varian 4D Integrated Treatment Console to the AlignRT system. This allows the new couch coordinates computed by AlignRT to be fed to the treatment couch automatically.

 PlanRT
PlanRT provides contour extraction functionality. In addition a lung model allows the esimation of lung contours from 3D skin surface and medial X-ray data. All generated contours may be exported in DICOM RT format.
