Following our sales success and rapid expansion in the USA, Vision RT is pleased to announce the opening of our new North American Customer Support Center in historic Ellicott City, Maryland.

Under the direction of Anthony Palin, our Director of Customer Support, the new center will provide the infrastructure and staffing required to ensure the smooth running of our operations in North America and enable us to continue to develop our world-class service and support.

The center provides a North American base for off-site customer training complete with fully functional hardware and applications software. “Being able to work on a live system, without the distractions of a clinical setting and without disrupting our treatment schedule, was extremely beneficial” says Keri Rardon, Physicist at USMD Cancer Center, Arlington, Texas. “The undisturbed hands-on training in Ellicott City enabled us to master the processes and techniques of the Vision RT system in a very short timeframe.”

Vision RT’s commitment to creating a service and support organization, second to none, continues with the establishment of a new customer call system, which complements our existing web based Help Desk, and enables sales, service and support calls to be quickly routed to the correct applications, service or sales personnel. “We have invested in this Customer Support Center as a commitment to our ever expanding customer base and to further enhance the customer experience” comments Anthony Palin of Vision RT. “Our center also enables spare parts to be rapidly deployed into the field in the unlikely event that they are required.”
