Vision RT is delighted to announce the appointment of Anthony Palin as Director of Customer Support.

Anthony has over fifteen years of health care related service experience with extensive experience in strategic service and support management in both the United States and the UK. During his tenure with Nucletron, Anthony held several progressively senior roles as software support manager for Nucletron UK, European support manager and Software support manager in the USA and Director of Customer Support for North and South America.

Anthony has just established a North American Customer Support Center for Vision RT, which includes a call center covering the Eastern through Western time zones, as well as a new training center and spare parts store”. I am now embarking on implementing a strategy for restructuring the customer support organization into a world class global operation”, comments Anthony. “I consider myself truly fortunate to be working with such a progressive and rapidly expanding company.”
