Regional Sales Manager Australasia

Reporting To: VP Sales, EMEA & APAC
Department: EMEA & APAC Sales
Location: Home office UK

Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager UK will be responsible for all sales & Marketing related activities in UK.  The (RSM) will be responsible for implementing the Vision RT strategy in the market, growing the sales for all of Vision RT products and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the market in UK to identify the market dynamics so that the strategy can be adjusted accordingly to maximize the growth potential.
  • Identify key market drives, build a program in lease with the Vision RT executive team and implement these with highest possible effectiveness.
  • Implement and execute the strategic plan for UK, consistent with the strategic plan of APAC as well as the overall strategic plan of Vision RT.
  • Identify strategic accounts that can partner with Vision RT to establish market leader position.
  • Build strategic partnership to key stakeholders in the UK RT market, e.g. Varian and Elekta.
  • Co-Manage the UK International Clinical Application Specialists in a professional, effective way with high business ethics as a key leading factor.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key strategic sites in
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including but not limited to clinical support, service, SGRT development manager, and management resources, in order to meet country performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for
  • Identify physician thought leaders within the network and develop a close relationship to drive sales objectives.
  • Lease closely with the International Clinical Application Manager to ensure that the Vision RT training program are implemented for all customers.

Performance Measures:

  • Achieves assigned sales quota.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that supports and drives the aggressive growth plan (2020), including executing of operational plans to ensure maximum return of investment.
  • Achieves strategic market objectives defined by management.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Manage the Australasia team effectively.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the VP of Sales EMEA & APAC
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement when necessary to achieve desired company goals
  • Works closely with International Clinical Application Manager to ensure customer and clinical satisfaction

Essential Requirements:

  • A solid track record and leadership experiences in building a strong sizeable regional business within a global medical devices, medtech, preferably radiation oncology. This, combined with a solid business experience in driving growth and building brand awareness in the region, is essential due to the importance of the market.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director or equivalent in an international medical device company in
  • Experience and expertise in managing both direct sales and distributor business models. Setting up period reviews to appraise the effectiveness of the models and making recommendations for changes to the mix where appropriate.
  • Position requires extensive travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in responding to RFPS
  • ‘Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Australian dialects is mandatory. Additional language would be advantageous’

Test Engineer

Reporting To: Programme Test Manager

Role Overview:

Superb opportunity for an excellent Test Engineer to join this rapidly growing, global radiotherapy medical device manufacturer headquartered in London. As Test Engineer, you will join a team of friendly, highly qualified and accomplished professionals and have the opportunity to make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on ones doubts
  • Familiarise with software under test and any other software related to it
  • Understand the test plan
  • Create test cases based on the requirements and other documents
  • Procure or create test data required for testing
  • Set up the required test beds (hardware, software and network)
  • Test software releases by executing assigned tests manual and/or automated
  • Log defects on defect management tool
  • Support Offshore test resource in setting up test environment.
  • Create test logs
  • Report test results to the Test Manager/Lead
  • Provide clarification for the reassigned bugs (for example, when a bug report is returned as not reproducible)
  • Re-test resolved defects
  • Update test cases based on the discovered defects
  • Provide inputs to the team in order to improve the test process
  • Report work progress and any problems faced to the Test Lead of Manager as required
  • Support the team with any other tasks as required

The Candidate:

  • Between 4 to 5 year of experience in software testing (Embedded domain)
  • Candidate must have a degree or masters in computers
  • Medical device testing background would be highly advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in software testing and working in agile environment
  • Experienced in using test management tool such as Quality Centre/ALM, SpiraTest, practices.
  • Experience in using defect management tool such as Mantis, Jira etc.
  • Candidate should be an expert in designing test case and logging defects
  • Experience in open source automation tool is mandatory
  • Experienced in maintaining requirement traceability metrics
  • Experienced in generating defect and test execution reports
  • Experienced in exploratory testing and eye for identifying defects
  • ISTQB Certification would be advantageous.
  • Candidates may be required to travel to customers for testing as and when required

Clinical Application Support Specialist – Western Region, US

Reporting To: Clinical Application Regional Manager – Western Region, US
Department: Clinical Applications (US)
Location: Remote Worker, US (ideally California/Pacific Coast)

Role Overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Application Support Specialist to provide sales support, customer support, clinical training and testing on all of Vision RT product range:

  • Clinical training: Perform training sessions in the designated training centre and potentially to other key customers if possible and clinical onsite support as well as telephone support. (phase 1, 2 & 3)
  • Customer Support: Providing onsite, telephone and remote support for our customers on Vision RT’s range of products.
  • Sales support: Assisting the US Sales Managers by presenting the product to prospective customers and supporting Varian and our distributors in general at a product specialist level.
  • Clinical testing: Assisting with testing new releases in a clinical environment in as many clinical scenarios as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
  • Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
  • Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
  • Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
  • Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
  • Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
  • Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins

The Candidate:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
  • Relevant clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, US

Reporting To: Director, Customer Support
Department: Clinical Applications (US)
Location: Vision RT US Training Center Columbia, MD

Role Overview:

We are recruiting for an individual to perform all clinical training scheduling for Vision RT customers. This individual will also be responsible for advancing the quality of training offerings to Vison RT customers under the guidance of the Director of Customer Support. The advancing of the trainings offerings will align with marketing, sales and training needs of Vision RT.

This role will work from the Vision RT US Training Center in Columbia, MD and work directly with the Installation coordinator to ensure successful training timeline coordination for all new Vision RT customer training packages, software rollout training scheduling, and any further training scheduling that has been determined as needed, with guidance from the Director of Clinical Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of customer Phase 1 training attendees into US training facility to align with installation and go live dates based on customer needs
  • Scheduling of customer Phase 2 webinar training
  • Scheduling of customer Phase 3 onsite training
  • Scheduling of customer software rollout training as determined by product needs
  • Scheduling of any service contract guaranteed training
  • Scheduling of any additional onsite training needs
  • Development and implementation of enhanced training program based on specific customer needs

The Candidate:

Essential

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist
  • Strong customer service capabilities and drivers
  • Communication style that builds an open and positive environment

Desirable

  • Customer Service experience
  • You will have excellent computer skills and troubleshooting ability, and demonstrate exceptional customer service, interacting effectively with all levels of hospital staff.
  • Previous work in Radiation Oncology field, with an understanding of radiation planning, treatments, and day to day processes
  • You must have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to attain a deep understanding of Vision RT’s products to assist with the implementation of clinical solutions in the field. You will be able to work independently and collaboratively with a cross functioning team.
